The St. Barts Show

What an incredible 5 days topped off with an incredible concert. We saw Jimmy several times around the island at LA Select and Eddy's Restaurant and other places. We saw the sound check before the concert and he joked around with the 25 or so people who gathered close. By the time the sound check was through, over 200 people had arrived. He played 4 songs during the sound check. He then signed autographs and boarded his chartered boat tied to the dock next to the stage to be with his wife Jane and 3 kids, Savannah Jane, Sarah Delaney & Cameron Marley. The Coral Reefers were hanging out on the boat as well. Club Trini opened the show with 3 songs and the dock was getting packed with the thousands of onlookers. Jimmy was very relaxed and introduced many of the songs in French. 2 1/2 hours and 26 songs later, Jimmy, his family, LA Select owner Marius and the band departed the stage for the boat with fireworks illuminating the night sky and The Night I Painted The Sky blaring over the loud speakers.
